My Focus

We are living through upheaval in work and organizations on a scale not seen for generations. AI is commoditizing what long counted as a competitive edge: analytical brilliance and a deep store of proven solutions. What matters now is combining experience and judgment with the tools of our time.

That is what I work on, along three questions.

Leadership

How must leadership change?

AI is increasingly taking over operational administration. What remains is the core of leadership: taking responsibility, setting direction, bringing people along. That includes using AI wisely yourself.

Leadership Transformation Lab: A development format in which leaders learn to lead change through their own initiatives. In cooperation with Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
Leadership teams: Alignment, collaboration and performance of leadership teams, up to a shared leadership vision and principles.
Executive coaching: Confidential sparring for leaders in demanding roles and decisions.

What lies ahead for jobs and careers?

Roles and career paths are being reshaped, for individuals and organizations alike. Today, transitions succeed with precise skill profiles, real market data and digital channels.

Leadership Transitions: Together with Esquai Leadership Advisors, we support executives leaving an organization, in a structured way from their own profile to realistic options and positioning.
Career Transition Advisory: Personal guidance for senior professionals shaping their next career step themselves, from clarifying where they stand to a convincing positioning.
Workforce transformation: Mobility and skills programs that help organizations rethink roles and move people internally.

Transformation

How do you lead through change of this magnitude?

Classic change management assumes a clear destination. Today, organizations are transforming into uncertainty. That calls for a new view of change and confidence in using the digital tools that accompany it.

AI Strategy Check: Together with M-IDEA, we create clarity within three weeks at most on where the organization stands on AI and what to tackle first.
Supporting transformation programs: Experienced guidance for change programs, with a focus on leadership, people and organization.

Own Technology

A fresh approach to talent tech

Together with experienced partners in product design and AI development, I am building a data- and AI-based solution for professional profiling. It makes visible what people can do and want to do, more precisely than conventional methods allow.

Interim and project engagements

Many years of hands-on responsibility for HR functions in complex organizations with many stakeholders have taught me a great deal about change and transformation in practice. I draw on this experience as an interim director, as a sparring partner for people leaders and in projects with large international consulting firms. Please get in touch.

About me

For more than 17 years, I have worked on how people and organizations shape change. My career began in change and transformation consulting, most recently as Managing Consultant in Organization Transformation & Talent at Deloitte Consulting, where I also worked with software teams early in my career. I then served as Division Head and member of the Senior Leadership Team at Telefónica Germany, responsible for leadership development, recruiting and talent management. I worked with leadership teams, guided transformation programs and built people systems based on data and AI.

Today I draw on this experience as an advisor and certified executive coach, working with clients in German, English and Spanish.
